The only exception is that new Will/Trust clients’ first consultation is free. If you need to update a Will/Trust, you will be charged the attorney’s rate per hour depending on how long you talk with the attorney at the consultation. See #2.
You will only be charged for how long you spend with the attorney depending on the attorney’s hourly rate. For example, if you have a consultation with an attorney that charges $225 per hour and you only talk with them for 15 minutes, you would be charged $56.25 for that consultation.

No. You will be charged our attorney’s hourly rate for criminal cases.
In general, except for wills/trusts and estate planning, our retainer is $4,000.
The retainer for uncontested probates is generally $2500.
Some cases such as criminal law, employment law, or WSU issues, may be less than a $4,000 retainer depending on the facts of the case.

We cannot predict how much your case will cost unfortunately because it depends on the situation. We charge for our time spent on the case at the attorney’s hourly rate and the assistant’s hourly rate.

We have a will package that includes a power of attorney for financial decisions, a power of attorney for health care, a directive, a final disposition, a HIPPA waiver, and a Will.
